
US based Client is a TPA of service plan solutions and offers diverse service capabilities to meet its clients’ end customers’ needs including onsite and remote repair, technical support, replacement programs and more and was looking for the development and integration of web based Servicer Network Management system, modules including call center, back office and Servicer tracking and performance. The product was aimed to be user friendly with quick searches and task allocation features. Also a reporting engine was to be built in the product for the MIS.
Over all the following modules needed to be built in the system :
Based on the project specifications, 8 resources were deployed on the development including Project Manager/ Scrum Master, 1 DBA and 6 developers with expertise in .Net technologies.
Following are the technologies and IDE used for the project
Initially all the module screens prototypes were agreed upon by the client. Based on the prototypes and specifications the modules were divided in the sprints not exceeding 15 days each. Agile Methodology was followed throughout the project life cycle.
The project took 6 monthly with 8 resources to complete.
