About

Nineteen years of building things that don't unravel.

iBoss Tech Solutions was founded in 2007 by Emendra Paul Singh, a chartered accountant who'd watched too many ERP rollouts go sideways. The thesis hasn't changed: most software fails not because the architecture is wrong but because the team writing it leaves before the system has to survive its first audit. We stay.

The story

Three chapters, one continuous thread.

How we started

Emendra founded the firm in 2007 in Noida after years in chartered accountancy and ERP implementation. The first client was a distribution business that needed a dealer-management system. The platform they built is, in evolved form, still running there seventeen years later. That clarified the firm's reason for being.

How we grew

Through the 2010s, the firm grew with manufacturing, financial services, and government clients across India. Rishi Ghai joined and built the engineering practice, small senior pods, weekly demos, opinionated stacks. By 2018 the firm had ISO 27001 and was operating workloads for some of India's largest distribution houses. By 2022 we'd opened the Atlanta office (operating as iWiz Technologies Inc.) to serve US clients.

How we work today

Today iBoss is 200+ engineers across Noida and Atlanta, organised in pods that take engagements from diagnostic through to long-term operation. The Compound framework (Locate → Design → Build → Sustain) is the through-line. Most of our clients have been with us for more than five years. That's the part of the business we're most proud of.

What we value

Four things we won't compromise on.

Not a poster on the wall. The four lines below are how we decide which engagements to take, which to walk away from, and how we run the ones we do.

  • 01

    Earn the work

Show, don't claim. We start engagements with a two-week diagnostic and a written report. If the report doesn't help you, we don't expect the engagement.

  • 02

    Pick the smallest fit-for-purpose answer

Sophisticated when it has to be. Boring when it should be. The boring choice is usually right.

  • 03

    Stay

We hand a system over only when the client wants us to. Most don't.

  • 04

    Be honest about what's hard

We tell clients when a deadline isn't real, when a tech choice will cost them, and when something they want isn't worth building. They keep working with us partly because of this.

Where we are

Two offices. One operating model.
