Government

Citizen services, records digitization, and platforms that meet procurement requirements.

We build for state departments, public-sector undertakings, and statutory bodies, citizen-services portals, records modernization, and the back-office workflow systems that keep the queue moving.

Compliance & standards

  • CERT-In
  • MeitY guidelines
  • ISO 27001

What's actually hard

The operational reality.

  1. 01

Migrating decades of paper records and microfilm into searchable digital archives

  2. 02

Designing citizen-facing services for low-bandwidth and multilingual users

  3. 03

Working within GeM and CERT-In requirements without slowing delivery to a crawl

  4. 04

Integrating with national digital infrastructure (Aadhaar, DigiLocker, UPI)

How we engineer for it

Our approach to Government.

Engineering for government

Government engineering is constrained engineering. Procurement rules, data-residency mandates, accessibility standards, and the obligation to serve a citizen on a 2G connection on a feature phone all sit inside the requirement document. The work is to deliver software that meets all of those constraints without becoming so cautious it ships nothing.

What we’ve shipped

We’ve delivered citizen-services portals, records digitization across state departments, case-management systems for adjudication tribunals, and the integration plumbing into Aadhaar authentication, DigiLocker, UPI, and the GeM marketplace. Our government practice has been continuously empanelled with multiple state departments since 2013. ISO 27001 controls and CERT-In incident reporting are part of how we work on this category of engagement, not a separate process.
