A food and beverage business is a permanently churning estate of outlets. New stores open in malls, kiosks shut overnight, a franchisee acquires three at once, and the central team needs to see the day’s numbers by mid-morning the next day. The engineering challenge is making the data flow without depending on a store manager remembering to push a button.
What we’ve shipped
We’ve built POS platforms that work offline through a power cut, supply-chain modules that route inventory across regional commissaries, integrations into Swiggy, Zomato, Uber Eats, and the major in-house delivery stacks, and the franchisee portal that shows a multi-brand owner exactly how their outlets compare. FSSAI reporting and GST e-invoicing are wired into the back office. We’ve worked with this industry since 2016, including engagements that span fifty-plus outlets and engagements with single-brand chains during their first ten openings.
