Automobile software has two distinct customer surfaces. The first is the dealer, outlets that run on thin margins, with workflows that go all the way from inquiry to delivery to post-sale service. The second is the connected vehicle itself, generating high-volume telematics that the OEM uses for warranty, predictive service, and product engineering. Both have to talk to the same customer record, the same vehicle record, and the same financial system. That join is most of the work.
What we’ve shipped
We’ve delivered dealer management platforms used across hundreds of outlets, telematics ingestion pipelines processing hundreds of millions of events per day, after-sales scheduling and parts catalog applications, and the data warehouse that lets the OEM look at warranty claims by component, region, and production batch. We’ve worked with automobile clients, OEM, two-wheeler, and commercial vehicle, since 2012. ISO 27001 covers customer data and dealer credentials; we operate the platforms under uptime commitments tied to dealer business hours.
