Manufacturing

MES, IIoT data backbones, and quality systems on the factory floor.

We build for discrete and process manufacturers, MES modernization, shop-floor data acquisition, and the quality and traceability systems that link the line back to the planning team.

Compliance & standards

  • ISO 27001
  • IEC 62443 alignment

What's actually hard

The operational reality.

  1. 01

Acquiring data from PLCs, SCADA, and a long tail of legacy controllers

  2. 02

Bridging OT and IT networks without compromising plant safety

  3. 03

Replacing aging MES estates without losing in-flight production data

  4. 04

Quality and batch traceability across multi-stage operations

How we engineer for it

Our approach to Manufacturing.

Engineering for manufacturing

Manufacturing software lives at the edge of the OT and IT boundary. The data we care about, cycle time, downtime reason, scrap rate, energy use, is generated by equipment that was installed before cloud computing existed. The engineering work is acquisition, normalization, and getting the right number in front of the right operator within seconds, not hours.

What we’ve shipped

We’ve delivered IIoT platforms that ingest from PLCs, SCADA historians, and edge gateways; MES applications for assembly, packaging, and process plants; quality and batch-traceability systems with electronic batch records; and the analytical layer that feeds OEE and downtime dashboards to plant managers. Our deployments respect IEC 62443 segmentation between plant networks and IT, and our ISO 27001 management system covers the engineering practice that operates on remote plant infrastructure. We’ve worked with manufacturing clients across automotive components, packaging, food processing, and pharmaceuticals since 2011.
