What we do
Integration is the work most projects underestimate and the work that decides whether they succeed. We build the wiring between the systems your business already runs on and the ones you’re adding, payment gateways, core financial systems, ERP, dealer networks, regulatory portals, partner APIs.
In practice
We start with the contract, not the code. An API design review identifies the consumers, the data shapes, the failure modes, and the SLAs each side can hold to. Then we build: gateway, schema registry, observability, retries, dead-letter handling, idempotency keys. For partner integrations we set up a sandbox, a developer portal, and an onboarding runbook so the second partner takes less time than the first. We’ve delivered integration estates that move six-figure transaction volumes daily, lender-to-fintech, dealer-to-OEM, PMS-to-loyalty, POS-to-supply-chain, with measured throughput and latency budgets.
How we know
Our integration practice has been live since 2009, when we first delivered an EDI gateway for a distribution client we still work with. We’ve published reference patterns for our regulated clients to use during audits. ISO 27001 covers data-in-transit controls, key management, and the change process for production gateways. We carry contractual SLAs for the platforms we operate on behalf of clients, and we publish post-incident reviews when we miss them.
