What we do

We move legacy estates onto modern cloud platforms and operate them. The migration is the easy part. What takes work is what comes after, the on-call rotation, the runbooks, the cost dashboard nobody opens until the invoice arrives, the disaster-recovery drill that actually fails over.

In practice

A typical engagement runs six to nine months. We inventory the estate, classify workloads by migration pattern (rehost, re-platform, refactor, retire), and build a landing zone that meets compliance baselines for the client’s industry. Workloads move in waves of four to six. Each wave includes the application team, so the people who’ll operate it learn it on the way in. After cutover we set up the SRE practice, service-level objectives, error budgets, incident review, post-mortems, and run it jointly for one to two quarters before handing the keys over. For clients who want us to keep running it, we operate managed platforms with 24×5 and 24×7 coverage out of Noida.

We’ve operated cloud workloads for regulated clients since the early AWS years. Our cloud practice holds AWS Advanced Tier and Azure Solutions Partner designations. ISO 27001 covers the operations side, not just the build side, change management, access reviews, and incident response are externally audited every year.
