Ticketing, fan platforms, and broadcast pipelines that survive match day.

We build for leagues, franchises, and venues, ticketing systems, fan engagement platforms, and the data pipelines that feed broadcast and sponsor reporting under the spikiest load profile in software.

Compliance & standards

What's actually hard

The operational reality.

  1. 01

Ticket on-sale events that go from idle to 60,000 RPS in seconds

  2. 02

Reconciling commerce data across primary, secondary, and walk-up sales

  3. 03

Broadcast and statistics pipelines that can't tolerate a frame drop

  4. 04

Loyalty and fan-identity stacks across multiple seasons and properties

How we engineer for it

Our approach to Sports.

Engineering for sports

Match day is a load test that ends in tears if you get it wrong. The traffic pattern for ticketing, live stats, and fan engagement is unlike anything else we work on, flat for weeks, then a vertical wall the moment a team wins a tournament or a sale opens. Engineering for this industry means designing for the spike, not the steady state, and accepting that the entire stack will be on a live conference call until the final whistle.

What we’ve shipped

We’ve built ticketing platforms for franchises, fan-engagement apps with loyalty and rewards mechanics, and the back-office data warehouse that reconciles ticketing, merchandise, and sponsor exposure across a season. Our SRE practice runs game-day war rooms, with capacity reservations sized to the on-sale curve we measured the prior season. We hold PCI DSS scoping for the commerce paths and ISO 27001 controls for the fan-identity data.
