Taking Sports Management to the Next Level
A football scouting and recruitment leader, working with 75% of English Premier League clubs, needed a secure, subscription-based web platform. We built a widget-based app with locked-down data access and integrations.

Additional context
Built for a client whose data underpins recruitment decisions across Europe’s top leagues, where security is not negotiable.
01 / Challenge
The problem in front of us.
The brief was a premier web application with unbreakable security and an explicit design model. It had to be easy to use, restrict data to authorised subscribers, integrate existing apps and data centres, keep secured content out of public search engines, share data across niche platforms, and allow testing without access to live statistics.
02 / Approach
How we set the work up.
We built a widget-based subscription model, with security protocols and a data-management architecture designed in from the start.
03 / Solution
What we built.
Content was made non-searchable on public engines with access limited to authorised personnel, the widget application model enforced the highest security parameters, the new app integrated with existing apps and data centres for unified login, users were managed by subscription-based widget access, and the architecture supported testing with dummy data.
04 / Outcome
What it has held up to.
Subscribers can organise and access their data so they can focus on what they do best, sport. The platform strengthened the client's ability to bring technology expertise to player recruitment and development.
