01 / Challenge
The problem in front of us.
The platform needed to serve as a knowledge portal and common gateway to field offices, directorates, and other websites. It needed public-facing access and a password-protected knowledge-management section. Requirements included workflow management, version and approval control, 10 GB content migration, content organization and indexing, plain text, HTML, and PDF availability, regular zero-error updates, SLA monitoring, bilingual English and Hindi support using Unicode fonts, and WCAG compliance.

How we set the work up.
iBoss structured the platform around version and approval control, tested and validated content deployment, extensive search, performance and scalability, and a multilingual framework.
03 / Solution
What we built.
The system allowed authorized and approved publishing, supported multiple approvers, deployed only tested and validated content, configured dedicated search service applications with Search Ranking and Query Suggestions, used SharePoint Keyword Syntax Query Language to reduce unnecessary server round trips, and supported multilingual fields, labels, and managed metadata.

What it has held up to.
The client can post content with ease. Migration and maintenance improved workflow, authorized access and content approval controls became stronger, assets are handled more effectively, and barriers to organization-wide communication were reduced.
